Rob’s passions include mentoring, discipleship, and developing leaders for God’s church.  In his spare time, Rob can be found playing board games, hiking, and or competing at absolutely anything.  Rob and Kendis have two spunky girls, Maile and Alia. You can contact Rob at

Brad Hamilton - Vestry

Brad Hamilton was born, raised, and educated in South Dakota before heading west to Denver.  Brad’s business career began as a CPA/auditor, but he spent most of it in the extractive industries.  His time in mining gave Brad and his family (wife Cindy and three children) a chance to live in various parts of the USA as well as South America, Australia and Africa.  During these travels, the Hamilton family found that the approach to worship may vary, but Christians around the globe share a life-changing love for Jesus Christ.  It was the fellowship of believers that provided friendship and support during their globe-trotting adventures.  Brad is now retired from the business world, but still keeps busy with Advent church activities, grandkids (seven), cycling, and a cabin in the mountains that seems to be calling his name.  You can contact Brad at

Dan Myers - Vestry

Having grown up in West Virginia, Dan greatly appreciates the low humidity and near absence of mosquitos here in Colorado. He and his wife, Jen, moved to Denver in 2012 as travel nurses, not knowing the area would quickly become home. Church of the Advent, and the relationships they formed here, have played a pivotal role in their lives in many ways. With the interest of living intentionally with others, they've had three friends live in their home over the past several years. Though these housemates no longer live with them, their two boys, Ben (3) and Charlie (1) are dedicated to keeping things lively around their house. You can contact Dan at
